Orders and turnaround
How long until my order ships?
TKO Custom Creations items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for us to make your piece before it ships. Moon & Stream Apothecary items in stock usually ship sooner. If your order has items from both shops, they may ship separately.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you're near West Union, Ohio, send us a note through our Contact page after you order and we'll arrange a pickup time.
Engraving and personalization
What does "engravable" mean?
Engravable items can be laser-engraved with your name, initials or a short message. Choose "Yes" for engraving on the product page and a box will appear for your text. Engraving adds $5.
Who checks the spelling?
We engrave and print exactly what you type, so please double-check spelling, capitalization and dates before you check out. Personalized items are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged.
Can you engrave my logo?
Yes. Place your order, then send your logo file through our Contact page with your order number. A high-resolution PNG, SVG or PDF works best. We'll reach out if we have questions before we start.
Moon & Stream Apothecary
How should I care for my soap?
Keep your bar on a draining soap dish and out of standing water between uses. A dry bar lasts much longer.
Can I return opened soap or sprays?
For hygiene reasons, opened Moon & Stream Apothecary items can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll help.
